Parts, Assembly and Cleaning of L’Equip 110.5 Pulp Ejector
L’equip Mini Pulp Ejector 110.5 is very user-friendly. The juicer parts comprise of see-through cover, plunger (white and gray), blade and basket, latch arm (white and gray), pulp basket and juicer bowl (white and gray).
You can begin the assembly by placing the juicing bowl over the motor base. You will find a guide ring at the side of the juicing bowl. Ensure that the ring rests on the guide slot on the top of the motor base. Now set the blade and basket on the juicing bowl and press them down till they are fitted in place. Rotate the blade and basket with hand to check if they are spinning freely. The cover of the bowl should be placed in a manner so that that pulp ejecting chute is positioned towards the rear side of the juicer. Put the clamps on respective slots on the cover of the juice bowl, leaving the clamp hinges. Now press the bottom of the clamps so that they are fitted snugly. Place the pulp container under the pulp spout. The juicer can now be plugged for operation.
Cleaning the centrifugal juicer is also a simple task. You can clean all the parts in warm soapy water. But never wash the motor base in water. You can wipe it clean with a moist cloth. You can clean the parts with a mild detergent. Do not use any washing solution that contains ammonia, bleach or scouring powders. These products will bring down the gloss of the surface and may also cause scratch.
You will need to dissemble the juicer before cleaning it. Unplug the juicer and begin the dissembly by removing the clamp. Pull out the bottom of the clamps. Remove the cover and take out the blade and basket. The parts are now separated for cleaning.
You can clean the juice bowl and cover with a soft sponge and dish mop. As for cleaning the basket you can invert it under the faucet. The water would gush from outside to inside the basket, taking out the fiber sticking to it. You can use a soft brush to clean the pulp from the basket.
After a long use you may find mineral deposits on the juicer parts. You can soak them overnight in the sink water that has ½ cup of automatic dish washing detergent. Rinse them thereafter. You will find the parts shining once again. The parts of the juicer are dishwasher safe.
