Kenwood JE570 Centrifugal Juicer/Extractor 300W- Cleaning, Operation and Parts
The Kenwood JE570 Centrifugal Juicer/Extractor 300W enables you to enjoy the natural and delicious taste of freshest juice from your own choice of vegetable and fruit. And as it’s a Kenwood product, it’s also easier to use. Let’s find out how.
Assembly, Operation and Disassembly
You need to fit the pulp collector and filter holder first. Then attach the filter within filter holder. Place the lid on and then push down tightly on feed tube. Now to lock its lid, slide the interlock switch. Place hopper onto the lid of the juicer. Push excess cord into compartment right at the juicer’s back. Place juice jug under outlet. The given foam separator in juice jug ensures that the juice is foam free. Cut food into small pieces so as to fit them into the feed tube. Switch on and then push down with the pusher. For softer food use speed 1 and for harder foods use speed 2 and vice versa. Make sure you switch off and then clean the pulp collected everyday during use.
To take the juicer apart, you just need to reverse the total assembly procedure as discussed.
Cleaning
Always unplug the juicer before you start with the cleaning process. If the filter is found to be too tight to remove then wait for few minutes until it loosens. It is usually not recommended washing the parts of the juicer in a dishwasher. Some food like carrot can discolor the plastic. Rubbing with cloth dipped in vegetable oil assists to remove the discoloration. To clean the motor unit, use a damp cloth to wipe and then dry. To clean the filter, you must use a soft brush. Always check the filter for any signs of damage. Don’t use the filter if it’s damaged.
Wash the lid, pulp collector, pusher and hopper and then dry. The other parts of the Kenwood JE570 centrifugal juicer extractor 300 W can be washed in hot soapy water and then dry.
